Out of the box: Owner (super-admin), Board President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Board Member, Property Manager, Committee Chair, Committee Member, Homeowner, Resident, and Vendor. Each role has tailored permissions reflecting standard HOA governance. Custom roles are on the roadmap.

Yes. A single user account can hold different roles in different communities — common for property managers, regional directors, and owners with property in multiple HOAs. The portal lets you switch between communities with one click.

Yes. An association can invite a service provider to claim its business profile. Vendor Mode gives the provider focused access to assigned work orders, job updates, invoices, and payment status — not the association's member directory or general financial records.

The association sends a personalized invitation to the vendor's email address. The vendor signs in or creates an account, reviews the invitation on the secure claim page, and accepts it to open Vendor Mode. The claim link is preserved through registration and sign-in.

Yes. A vendor keeps one shared business profile, including contact details and service areas, while each association maintains its own relationship and assigned work. The vendor can manage that work from one Vendor workspace.

Vendors can respond to assigned work, post job updates and comments, add photos, submit invoices, and follow invoice payment status. That keeps the operational conversation attached to the work instead of scattered across personal inboxes and text threads.
