Is there a limit on emails or texts?
Email is unlimited. Monthly outbound SMS allowances are 120, 240, 400, 800, 1,200, 1,600, or 2,000 segments for communities in the 1–30 through 401–500 unit tiers, respectively. Communities above 500 units receive 4 segments per unit. One segment is one carrier billing unit sent to one recipient; longer or Unicode texts may use multiple segments. SMS sending pauses when the monthly allowance is used.
Can we schedule messages for the future?
