Does Copilot replace the HOAfy dashboard?+
No. Copilot is the fastest way to answer a focused question or start a routine task. It also links back to the relevant HOAfy page so you can inspect reports, edit details, and complete more involved workflows in the full interface.
Can Copilot send a violation notice by itself?+
A new violation starts as a private draft. You can open and review it before choosing to publish it. HOAfy only sends an owner notice when an authorized user advances the violation into a published notice stage.
Can Copilot see everything in our association?+
Copilot acts with the signed-in person's HOAfy permissions. If that person cannot access a record or perform an action in HOAfy, Copilot cannot bypass that restriction.
