Are there limits on storage or messages?
Storage, users, and email are unlimited. Monthly outbound SMS allowances are 120, 240, 400, 800, 1,200, 1,600, or 2,000 segments for the 1–30 through 401–500 unit tiers, respectively; communities above 500 units receive 4 segments per unit. One segment is one carrier billing unit sent to one recipient; longer or Unicode texts may use multiple segments. SMS sending pauses when the monthly allowance is used.
Can I pay annually?
Yes — annual billing is the default and saves 10% vs monthly. You can switch to monthly billing at any time.
What payment methods do homeowners have?
ACH bank transfer and credit/debit card, both processed securely via Stripe.
